Xact Telesolutions provides virtual call center solutions for clients in a variety of industries including education, finance, healthcare, hospitality and property management. Services include inbound and outbound calling, web chat and email management. The company has openings for work-from-home positions such as customer care, technical support, outbound sales and bilingual support, although not all positions are available at any given time.
Jobs are available only to residents of specified states within the U.S. Consult each job description individually to verify its acceptable employee locations. Job seekers must be fluent in English and have a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. They will be asked to specify available hours and list previous job experience on the application. As with all virtual call center positions, candidates are expected to have a dedicated, quiet home office with high-speed Internet, a Windows-based PC, and wired network connection. Newly hired agents must purchase a recommended USB headset for about $40.
Full-time and part-time positions pay between $8.00 and $13.00 per hour depending on seniority and experience. Additional benefits such as medical and dental insurance are available to workers in some employee categories.
