Since Lifebushido focuses on each individual applicant’s unique talents and passions, the hiring process is pretty extensive and can take up to 30 days to complete. If the company is interested in hiring you, you’ll start to receive several e-mails that you should read and understand. Some people may find this annoying, but the point is for you to thoroughly understand the company’s unique process and develop the right mindset for the job.
During the application process, you and 3 to 5 others have the opportunity to work on a creative project together. Typically, this project will take up to 10 hours in total to complete. 5 of these 10 hours are billable if you are hired. The downside here is that you will only get paid for your time that is invested in training if you are hired.
Lifebushido will contact you shortly after project completion if they have a position that is available for you.
Once hired, you need to commit to a minimum of 5 hours of work per week. This can increase to a maximum of 25 hours per week. Lifebushido hires people for part-time positions only, so it is not possible to get more than 25 hours per week. After a few months on the job, you and Lifebushido will mutually explore your work to date and the needs of client to determine the best work to fit your unique talents.
