Description:
iTelesource provides lead generation outsourcing to companies working within complex sale environments including large deals with longer sales cycles. The company uses a home-based workforce of experienced sales agents called Lead Development Specialists. These sales specialists engage in cold calling and are expected to generate interest by creating solutions tailored to the specific complex needs of each sales prospect. Positions are available for experienced sales agents with a record of success and professionalism.

Requirements:
All applicants for iTelesource telecommute positions should have at least five years of experience with complex sales that includes high-level executive calling as well as experience in customer relationship management methods and software. Available positions require a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week during regular business hours. Be sure to have a complete home office setup including unlimited long-distance calling.

Compensation:
iTelesource work-from-home agents are classified as regular employees. The hourly wage is reported to be between $20 and $25 depending on skills and experience. Salaries are paid weekly.
