EJury offers online mock jury and focus group services to attorneys preparing for trial or settlement. The company provides these attorneys a convenient and inexpensive way to better understand the responses of typical jurors and thus to optimize case preparation. EJury registers interested U.S. citizens who work on their own schedule from home reviewing cases and submitting feedback. At the conclusion of each mock case, eJury posts a summary on its website for participating jurors interested in viewing in the results. Availability of cases varies from region to region.
To sign up as an eJuror, you must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen with no record of felonies or current accusations, and morally and mentally capable of participating. EJurors cannot be current practicing attorneys, paralegals or legal assistants, nor work for a law firm in any capacity. In addition, they cannot be closely related to a practicing attorney. Claims adjusters and those involved in claims adjusting are also ineligible to sign up.
EJury pays from $5 to $10 per case. All payments are completed through PayPal.
