The company hires experienced, work-from-home telemarketers for its workforce. Blue Zebra has frequent openings for its Appointment Setter position, which is an outbound-only cold calling opportunity.
Blue Zebra is not an entry-level opportunity. Candidates for this position must have at least two years of outbound cold calling experience in business-to-business settings. They should also have two to five years of experience in B-to-B markets and know how to navigate within organizations to get results. Residents of the U.S. and Canada may apply. Candidates must be available for 20 to 40 hours per week during the regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software and a fully equipped home office with computer, fax, and MS Word and Excel are necessary. Be prepared to provide references upon request.
Blue Zebra hires independent contractors and pays initial hourly rates of $15 to $25 depending on experience. Additional increases, bonuses and incentives are available as workers demonstrate successful results over time. Payment via direct deposit occurs on a weekly schedule.
