Accolade Support Review
Accolade Support is a privately owned company that specializes in a variety of call center support solutions for leading international businesses. These solutions include sales, customer service and technical support services.
These services are provided by a fully remote workforce. These agents work out of their homes, taking and placing phone calls on behalf of Accolade Support clients.
Accolade Support is currently looking to build its team of remote PC Desktop Support Agents to meet their growing needs. Talk about an exciting at-home opportunity! If PC Desktop Support isn’t your strength, make sure to visit Accolade’s website anyway – they may have expanded their needs beyond just PC Desktop Support Agents.
Accolade Support accepts applications from all over the United States. Please note that, in order to be considered, you’ll also have to submit to a criminal background check. As an Accolade Support agent, you may have to deal with sensitive information, so the company wants to know that they can trust you.
In order to be a successful agent, you’ll need to possess a few important qualities and skills. You should enjoy working with clients over the phone, and have excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills. Strong computer and customer service skills will go a long way as well.
To apply as an agent, simply e-mail your resume in either Microsoft Word Format or Adobe Acrobat PDF format to Accolade Support at email@example.com. Be sure to enter “Technical Support” into the subject line of your e-mail. Submissions without this subject line will not be reviewed by the company.
While you wait to hear back from the company, you can start working on your very own home office. Exciting, isn’t it? Accolade Support requires your home office to meet the following technical specifications:
- A U.S. home telephone number.
- A corded telephone with a headset (no cordless phones or cell phones).
- A PC with Windows XP or Windows Vista.
- A cable modem, DSL modem or broadband Internet connection (no wireless connections).
- A quiet environment where you can take calls without being disrupted by any background noise or sounds.
- A large disco ball (just kidding – although we do recommend one).
As soon as Accolade Support finds an opening for you, the company will contact you via e-mail. Be sure to check your e-mail frequently so that you don’t miss out on an opportunity!
As an Accolade Support agent, you handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of the company’s clients. You’ll need to apply your in-depth technical knowledge and diverse skills to provide these callers with the highest quality customer service.
